LVL Batten Inserts

Stronger and straighter than solid timber, LVL Batten Inserts can be used for cladding, formwork, roofing, scaffolding and more. 

Solid whitewood timber has huge waste factors due to knots, twist and excessive moisture. LVL Batten Inserts are 100% usable –  zero waste – making them ideal for aluminium beam inserts.

LVL Batten Inserts are uniformly straight and strong and can be custom-made to nearly any size and shape – for even greater cost efficiency. Available in untreated and exterior untreated options.

H20 “The Beast” Formwork Beams

Water-resistant H20 coating shields our LVL H20 Formwork Beams from weather, ensuring long-lasting durability and structural integrity while exposed on job sites throughout UAE and the GCC. 

Every veneer in Evolution’s H20 Formwork Beams is 100% LVL construction, making them TWICE the strength of a standard solid lumber H20 Girder.

Tested and Certified to EN 13377, EN 13183, EN 323 and EN 310 standard requirements.

H16 “Mini But Mighty” Formwork Beams

Evolution’s H16 “Mini But Mighty” Formwork Beams offer all the strength of our competitor’s H20 beams in a smaller option to save you money. Made from carefully selected pine veneers, H16 Formwork Beams are perfect for projects where space is a consideration but strength is still required. 

Full yellow acrylic coating and molded endcaps offer an additional layer of protection to extend the life of the product.
